Narayan Dutt Tiwari is a former Indian politician. He resigned from the post of Governor of Andhra Pradesh, and was previously the Chief minister of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarkhand. He is a member of the Indian National Congress.

The first citizen of Andhra Pradesh, 85 years old Nd Tiwari has been caught into a major sleazy sex scandal in Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad.

ND Tiwari has alleged been abusing teenage girls at the Raj Bhavan for many months now, reports Telugu TV channel ABN.

ABN channel, owned by Telugu daily Andhra Jyothi, Friday showed explicit clippings purported to be of Tiwari involved in a sex romp. It claimed that the pictures were taken in the Raj Bhavan.
