PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE SCALES OF PAY OF BANK EMPLOYEES AS PER EIGHT BIPARTITE AGREEMENT
I TOOK V R S IN 2001, I HAVE NOT OPTED PENSION 1995 SCHEME. WILL THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES ME ALSO OR ONLY RETIRED EMPLOYEES.
NOW I CAN OPT THIS AGREEMENT ( i.e. 8th Bi-part settlement) Kindly clarify ?

I TOOK V.R.S.IN 2001, I WAS NOT OPTED FOR PENSION SCHEME AT THAT TIME. THIS 8TH BI-PARTTIE SETTLEMENT ( one more pension option ) CAN APPLY TO US( i.e. V R S emplyee) ALSO OR ONLY THOSE WHO ACTUALLY RETIRED.

I RETIRED FROM STATE BANK OF INDIA UNDER THE VRS SCHEME ON 1ST APRIL 2001. I AM DRAWING PENSION AS PER 5TH BIPARTIATE AGREEMENT. IS THERE ANY POSSIBILTY OF MY PENSION BEING UPDATED AS I RETIED DURING THE TENURE OF 6TH BIPARTITE AGREEMAENT
