Raj The Showman 1st week historical collection
The first day collection from 500 shows all over Karnataka in 125 theatres where ‘Raj The Showman’ is released would cross Rs.1 crore collection. The investment of this film producer Suresh Gowdru and Srinivasamurthy is safe in just five days.
The tickets are sold out for one week and there are examples of five to seven shows in Karnataka from the normal four shows a day.
Raj The Showman Made on a budget of around Rs 7 to 8 crore, Nisha Kothari and Puneet Raj Kuamr in the lead roles.
The director Prem his charming wife actress Rakshita, Rakshita’s mother Mamata Rao, music director Harikrishna, Cameraman S Krishna and other members of the film team came to the morning show at Santosh theatre.
In Bangalore city ‘Raj The Showman’ is released in 31 theatres that includes Santosh, PVR, Fun Cinema, Inox, multiplex, Veeresh, Navrang, Goverdhan, Nalanda, Siddeshwara, Bharathi and others.
The week ends the film is shown 27 shows a day on Saturday and Sunday in places like United Kingdoms – Bristol. Birmingham, Crawley, Harlow, Ipswich, Liverpool. Manchester, Oxford, London, USA’s California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Washington, Australia’s Sydney, Melbourne, UAE’s Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ajman, Canada’s Canada, Montreal, Hongkong’s AMC theatre, Malaysia’s Golden harvest cinemas, New Zealand’s Sky City Cinemas, Indonesia’s MFX Grande.

Well friend our “Raj The Showman” has released in 125 theatres and it has grossed 1 crore on its first day.
Magadheera has grossed 7 crores on the first day with 1500 prints.
If Raj has earned 1 crore in 125 prints, then Magadheera should hav earned 12 crores on the first day..
Raj has earned 6.12 crores in first week with 125 prints, Magadheera should hav earned 70 crores in its first week with 1500 prints.
(The above statistics will apply only if u compare Magadheera collections with Raj The showman)
Well lets not compare them.. Both are Technically Brilliant Movies..,

Well every where there some ppl like prasad .. who might be born and bred in karnataka but their heart beats of andra.. its possible. so such ppl’s heart should be mercilessly plucked out and dumped in some garbage in andra. Well all this said, I would like to say, Magadeera is a good well made movie. It has a wider market reach as well. I like the movie too. But our Raj, the showman is no less, its well made in its own limitations of kannada market. so plz dont do such comparision, appreciate kannada technicians for their efforts to bring name and fame to our industry. praising other language films is personal view. but being a karnataka person, plz appreciate our guys effort too. If u r a hardcore andra dud and trying to create hatred , just shut up and get lost.

if u see both the movies, one point u can identify. In Magadeera almost all scenes if u see, all graphics ment not real.
In our appu, Raaj The show man, He shown his real action. and our diff dircetor prem sir. Then did wonderfull job. We can enjoy the movie.
We should appriciate our kannada film industry being a kannadiga got the point.
Love yourself, man then u will come to who u r?. compare then others ok,Then u find differnce.

Hey nanna preethiya kannada bandhu Mr Kantha avare.. navoo accha kannadigare maarayre. kannada preethiya bagge namage bodhane ya agatya villa. The point i tried to say was that about Prasad’s comments that magadeera is superior to raj etc etc. Yes My first love is always Kannada. But being in bangalore iam also used to watch other language movies once in a while. So what iam trying to tell is both the movies (raj and magdera) are made in their own standards. Namma raj kooda yaava film goo kadme illa its good. Dayavittu nanna comment na sariyaagai vodhi .. arthaisikonda nanthara comment maaduvudy uthama.

Dr Rajkumar’s RAJA NANNA RAJA was a super hit film during 1980s Rajan-Nagendra’s music was mind blowing and there was a special music signature every time when Rajkumar enters the scene. that was the speciality of that film. similar story copied into MAGADHEERA thats all

nobody can beat Dr Rajkumar, Dr Shivajiganeshan, Dr.MG Ramachandran, Dr Akkineni Nageshwara Rao, Dr.Nandamoori Taraka Rama Rao, Mammuti, Dr Vishnuvardhan, in south Indian films. Even thousands actors may come and go but nobody can match the above personalities in acting.

at the same time old film actors are disciplined, well versed, well experienced, they were ready to spare anytime for acting. they were not after money but for work though there were no technical advance during their period.

hellow karnatka s too small when compared to andra…tat magadhira s released around 1200 theatre it will earn… but releasing in 125 and earning 7 to 8 crores in a 20 days is big achivement….

one should not compare Magadheera sith Raja the show man. Magadheera is released in 1200 theater but our raj in 125 theater in that ratio our raj made the best then that telgu movie.
Puneeth and prema are really great about what they did in that movie. such a simple story so beautifully made with full entertinment may be no other than prem can doit.
Finally prem and puneeth had given an exellent performance as an director and actor respectively.
Really I love this full movie forever

The movie Raaj is made as a very good entertainer & its technically brilliant too….we definitely cant compare it with magadheera which was made on a huge budget of 40 crores….still Magadheera is good technilcally too & many things resembles Raaja nanna Raaja ( as somebody said) story wise Raaja nanna Raaja is far better than magadheera…

punith is always no 1 in actions and acting in all ways . no one cant compare even 1 percent of comment . they just comment only where other industry cant do the real action sequense . only graphics they and cheat the people . hats to kannada movies i love u kannada and punith. no one cant compare kannada movies. shame of other who comment abt kannada movies . pls get lost from karnataka who dont want to stay in karnataka.
