“Teachers Days” is a special days for the appreciation of teachers around the World.
World Teachers Day is celebrated across the world on 5th October.
In India Teachers Day celebrated on 5th September on ever year. It is the birthday Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan (Second President of India).
It is considered a “celebration” day, where teachers and students report to school as usual but the usual activities and classes are replaced by activities of celebration, thanks and remembrance. At some schools on this day, the responsibility of teaching is taken up by the senior students to show appreciation for their teachers.

Two More Days Till School
I’m finally going to school this year,
and now the big day’s almost here.
I’ll learn to write and count and read–
Only two more days till school.
I got new pants and shirts and socks,
a brand-new red and blue lunch box;
I’ll paint and sing and dance and play–

My hair is washed, my sneakers squeak,
